Qualifications

At least a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or
Information Communication Technology.
Experience
-
Minimum 07 years of experience, including 05 years in Training
Management/Project Management.

Experience working with international training institutes and/or
development agencies like JICA, KOICA, and the World Bank Group.

Experience working with Japanese, Koreans, and Americans is an
added advantage.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Office Software and Communication Tools.

Experience in Classroom-Based Training, Online Training, and
Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Job Description (JD)
-
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of training programs.

Liaise with trainers, instructors, and partners for course
planning and execution.

Develop and manage course schedules, training materials, and
logistics.

Build partnerships with BASIS member firms, academia, and
international development partners.
- Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes.
-
Prepare reports on training activities, budgets, and impact
assessments.
- Coordinate marketing and outreach for training programs.
- Manage training-related databases and documentation.

Handle participant inquiries and resolve issues within SLA
compliance.
